Camp LOA is very proud and so EXCITED to be the first camp in the world to offer SEGWAY CAMPS!!! What is a Segway Camp, you might ask, and for that matter, what is a Segway?! A SEGWAY is an electric self-balancing personal transportation machine with two wheels, and you drive it standing up. If you’ve seen the movie “MALL COP”, the mall security guard rides around on his Segway. At CAMP LOA, we have 11 Segways ready for adventure and new summer camp experiences! You can become the first in the region to participate in such a camp! And of course, we’ll provide complete training and directions on using them safely for great fun. For example, we’ll use the Segways to explore the different camp trails, visit the ranch and horses, or even for a quick ride to the pool! They give a pretty good workout to the legs too! And “Yes” parents – HELMETS are Mandatory!!!

Segway tours are done every day in the trails, on the property, ok, everywhere...

Are you ready for the Segway obstacle course..... I bet you are!
We will fully train you on the Monday morning to become a safe pro Segway rider (helmet are mandatory at all time) (we supply helmets)
Pool time is on the agenda everyday.....YES!

You will need :

• Sun protection (mandatory)
• Hat
• Swim suit & 1 towel
• 2 snacks
• 1 lunch (meal plan available at extra cost)
• Something to drink (water, juice, etc.)
• Bug Repellent
